As a Commis I, you will assist in various kitchen tasks and food preparation. Your role involves learning and mastering culinary techniques, supporting chefs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.

- Assist chefs in the preparation and execution of dishes.
- Learn and follow established recipes and culinary standards.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Work in different sections of the kitchen to gain experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with senior chefs and colleagues to support kitchen operations.
- Participate in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
- Follow guidance from senior chefs to enhance culinary skills.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and culinary excellence.
- Attend training sessions and culinary development opportunities.
- Support in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Execute tasks assigned by senior chefs and supervisors.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
