Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Messenger to handle daily document deliveries, collections, banking errands, customs/port activities, and general indoor & outdoor administrative tasks on behalf of the Company.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Messenger to handle daily document deliveries, collections, banking errands, customs/port activities, and general indoor & outdoor administrative tasks on behalf of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver invoices, contracts, and official documents to clients and collect required documents.
- Collect customer cheques as instructed by the Collection/Sales team.
- Handle routine bank errands, including cheque deposits, bank guarantees, TT, standing instructions, and related documentation.
- Collect and submit customs documents and assist with shipment/port clearance activities.
- Check the Company P.O. Box daily and collect the SamTech Emirates P.O. Box when required.
- Purchase office, pantry, stationery, and other items as requested.
- Complete daily outdoor errands and document collections/deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain proper records and acknowledgements for deliveries and collections.
- Safeguard Company documents, cheques, assets, and confidential information.
- Perform other outdoor or administrative duties assigned by Management/HoD.
- Previous UAE experience as a Messenger, and Office Assistant.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, banks, customs, ports, and business locations also use of navigation apps.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle confidential documents and financial instruments responsibly.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
