As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be the engine behind finera. total rewards framework designing and managing programs that attract, retain, and motivate exceptional talent. You'll work directly with the CHRO to build scalable, market-competitive, and equitable reward structures as we grow.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • +5 years of dedicated experience in a Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards role — ideally within a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Job Architecture design, incentive compensation (bonus/commission plans), and equity programs (ESOPs/LTIPs).
  • Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modelling are second nature to you.
  • Strong analytical mindset you translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • A high degree of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee and compensation data.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex comp mechanics simply and confidently to employees and senior stakeholders alike.
  • Strong proficiency in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation

Job Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy & Job Architecture
  • Design, maintain, and evolve Finera’s Job Architecture including job families, levels, and career ladders ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness across all functions.
  • Lead the development and annual refresh of salary bands, grade structures, and pay ranges aligned to the UAE market.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking using external salary surveys (e.g., Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Radford) to ensure our compensation positioning remains competitive.
Incentive & Equity Programs
  • Administer and evolve the Individual Sales/Performance Bonus program, managing target setting, accruals, performance calculations, and payout processing.
  • Support the design and administration of the Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan (LTICP) and ISOP (International Share Option Plan) including grant management, vesting schedules, participant communications, and regulatory compliance.
Compensation Operations
  • Own the annual compensation planning cycle: merit reviews, bonus payouts, compensation statements, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain and analyze all compensation data in HiBob, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and a clean system of record.
  • Prepare executive-level compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for the CHRO and leadership team.
Benefits Administration
  • Lead the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process, including vendor negotiations, system configuration in HiBob, and employee communications.
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships, holding partners accountable to SLAs and service quality.
  • Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and benefits audits, resolving discrepancies between payroll deductions and enrollment data.
Compliance & Governance
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with EU and UAE Labour Law, DIFC/ADGM regulations (as applicable), and global best practices in compensation equity.
  • Maintain all compensation and benefits policies and procedures, updating documentation as regulations or programs evolve.
