The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related challenges efficiently.

Experience in subcontractor management is a crucial requirement for this position. The candidate should have a proven track record of selecting, managing, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure that all work is executed efficiently and in compliance with project specifications. This includes reviewing subcontractor performance, resolving disputes, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Risk management is another key aspect of the role. The Construction Manager must identify potential project risks at an early stage and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns. The ability to make informed decisions under pressure and adapt to changing project conditions is essential.
The candidate must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative approach within the project team. Strong problem-solving skills are required to address technical and operational challenges effectively. Attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture, will enable the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
