Construction Manager/ Site Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction/Site Manager with a proven track record in the UAE, particularly in commercial and tourism-related building projects to lead all on-site construction activities from planning through project handover. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in high-end finishing works, and a thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations and QHSE requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial building projects, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage daily site operations, including subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, QA/QC, Planning, MEP, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, QHSE standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, including at least 5 years in the UAE managing commercial building projects.
• Proven experience in high-end finishing works.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and QHSE standards.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
