ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its medical dermatology, procedural dermatology and aesthetic skin services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Dermatologist to join its clinical team. The role offers internationally trained specialists the opportunity to practise in a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, patient-centred care and multidisciplinary collaboration.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will provide consultant-level dermatological care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced healthcare professionals, modern diagnostic facilities and advanced dermatology and aesthetic treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and manage medical dermatology conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin infections, and hair and nail disorders.

• Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, laser treatments and aesthetic procedures, according to clinical privileges.

• Conduct skin cancer screenings, assess moles and provide ongoing follow-up for patients with dermatological conditions.

• Counsel patients on treatment options, skincare, medication safety and realistic expectations for aesthetic procedures.

• Collaborate with allergy, rheumatology, oncology, plastic surgery and pathology teams when required.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with informed consent, clinical photography standards and infection prevention protocols.

Requirements

Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Dermatologists holding recognised qualifications such as:

• American Board certification in Dermatology.

• UK CCT / MRCP in Dermatology.

• European Board certification or recognised national specialist qualification in Dermatology.

• Royal College certification (Canada) in Dermatology.

• Australian Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists (FACD).

• Arab Board certification in Dermatology.

• MD / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification in Dermatology.
