Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Perform complex surgical procedures including corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma management, and reconstructive surgeries.
• Collaborate closely with dental specialists, medical teams, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, monitoring patient progress and managing complications.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options, procedures, and post-surgical care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with healthcare regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Medical or Dental degree from a recognized institution with specialization in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification or equivalent qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Current medical/dental license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Proven experience performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, pathology, and surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
