Contract Administrator

We are looking for a motivated Talent who wants to kickstart or grow their career in Contract Administration within our Offshore Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting complex construction bids and ensuring professional, timely, and compliant /sales, and internal support functions, gaining valuable exposure to large-scale projects in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

As a Contract Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process for Large Projects & Offshore Customer.

You Will

• Support the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for Large Projects & Offshore Customer.
• Prepare and coordinate project bids and quotations
• Manage bid and proposal documentation throughout the bid lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Hilti standards
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and backend teams
• Support post-bid clarifications and revisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes
• Process the PO, Order Entries, Co-ordination with factories & customer for post order process and shipment tracking to meet the delivery deadlines.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills in English
