Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Contracts Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to perform contract administration assignments for projects with constructed values typically up to UAED 149 million range, with regionally important clients. The incumbent applies experience and increasing proficiency in the use of contract administration principles and practices. Typical assignments are larger in scope, more difficult, and varied than at the Associate level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participates as a member of the project team, assuming responsibility for explaining positions and resolving matters of a project nature related to the contract.
• Monitors and administers the projects provisions of assigned contracts to ensure that contract requirements are met.
• Prepares letters to the contractor Regarding contractual matters
• Produce letters to client requesting approvals and interpretations required to comply with the provisions of the contract.
• Identifies contractual problems and takes appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Follows up on problems demanding management attention to ensure a timely response to the client.
  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3+ years demonstrable experience in Contract Administration.
• Previous experience working on fast paced contracts and working on projects with multiple contracts
