We’re Hiring: Corporate Accountant | Dubai, UAE
Are you an experienced finance professional who thrives on accuracy, timeliness, and clear financial insight? We are looking for a skilled Corporate Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai, supporting our group entities — KOA, KAMS, and Proplab — with a focus on real estate and community management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure month-end close is completed within agreed timelines
- Prepare accurate, timely reports for the board and senior management to support strategic decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning — with strong focus on forecast precision
- Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management
- Handle multi-entity financial consolidation and reporting across our business units
- Coordinate fully with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Build dashboards and performance reports to track business health and financial trends

- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Strong command of IFRS and corporate reporting standards
- Excellent cash flow management and stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage
- Confidence in presenting financial information to board and leadership levels
- Proven experience managing finance processes for multiple companies/entities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have a driving license
