Corporate Excellence Training Coordinator

The candidate will be responsible for managing the training courses in the field of corporate excellence in collaboration with EFQM and other entities is cooperating. The candidate will be also responsible for preparing proposals, conducting presentations about courses, meeting clients. Also, monitoring and improving current mechanism of training in different fields and propose other areas based on the market needs. The post is Abu Dhabi-based.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor degree (business, IT, Marketing, engineering, marketing)
• MBA/Master will be A+
• EFQM certified assessor (EAT) or fully aware of the model
• Previous experience in coordinating the training
• Previous experience in preparing training calendars and work closely with clients in customizing courses.
