Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and the client’s specific requirements.
  • Carry out pre-operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel to ensure safe and effective operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the crane and associated work areas.
  • Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions to management immediately.
  • Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.

Requirements

  • Secondary school education or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • National Crane Operator Certification or equivalent recognition.
  • Experience operating cranes in a variety of environments, preferably in offshore settings.
  • Understands safety regulations and best practices for lifting operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team and during operations.
  • Should be an Azerbaijan national.
  • Availability for flexible working hours and traveling to different project sites as required.
