AtkinsRéalis is seeking an exceptional and internationally recognized Creative Lead to lead design excellence across the Middle East landscape architecture practice.
Your role
- Lead creative direction and design vision for landmark projects across the GCC.
- Drive design excellence and innovation.
- Lead client presentations and design workshops.
- Mentor and develop landscape architects and designers.
- Support business development and major pursuits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior design leadership position.
- Experience delivering major public realm, hospitality, mixed-use, cultural and destination
- projects.
- Candidates should have experience with internationally recognized landscape architecture practices such as Gillespies, SWA Group, EDSA, Sasaki, OLIN, Grant Associates, West 8, Gustafson Porter + Bowman, or equivalent design-led firms.
- Outstanding conceptual design capability.
- Strong portfolio of built and high-profile projects.
- Expertise in landscape architecture, placemaking and urban design.
- Strong understanding of GCC and Middle East context.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit and visualization
- tools.
