We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Relations & Sales Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and drive sales performance while representing the company with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up until closing the deal.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer relations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good computer skills; CRM experience is an advantage.
