Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing a positive support experience.

What You'll Do: Customer Support
- Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Communicate in a professional and friendly manner
- Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
- Help customers resolve basic issues and concerns
- Guide customers through simple troubleshooting steps
- Handle complaints professionally and respectfully
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Update customer information in company systems
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up on open cases when necessary
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Stay informed about company updates and procedures
- Work with team members to improve customer satisfaction
- Share feedback and ideas to improve support services
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Good communication and listening abilities
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace
- Additional language skills are a plus
