The Customer Service Specialist provides logistic, administrative and financial support for completion of sales orders and
regularly communications with new and existing customers to provide sales, meet revenue targets and provide a superior level of customer satisfaction.

The Customer Service Specialist provides logistic, administrative and financial support for completion of sales orders and
regularly communications with new and existing customers to provide sales, meet revenue targets and provide a superior level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilites
- Provide customer service and conduct sales with new and existing customers via telephone;
- Support the dealers in regard to technical questions;
- Make agreements in regard to prices and delivery conditions;
- Create and send quotations and agreements in line with Hyva’s price policies, ensuring proper follow up;
- Ensure correct administrative completions of sales orders, such as the processing in the ERP system;
- Ensures correct provision of information in regard to sales orders for invoicing, taking into account particulars;
- Monitor the delivery times and inform the customer;
- Maintain contact with the client, such as providing product and price information;
- Respond to complaints, ensuring provision of information to After Sales if necessary and following up on solutions;
- Perform commercial activities focused on sales to attract new customers;
- Maintain contact with the customers;
- Analyze external market and competition;
- Work in conjunction with Finance department in regard to late payments and delivery stoppage.
- Very good command of English language (both spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Basic understanding of technology or strong interest in learning.
- BA degree in business related field will be an asset
