We're hiring an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to serve our Arabic-speaking customers in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers in Arabic and English via phone, chat, or email
  • Resolve issues accurately and professionally
  • Translate and relay info between customers and internal teams
  • Keep detailed, accurate records of interactions
  • Support a consistently high-quality customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with CRM/support software
  • Reliable internet for remote work
