We are urgently hiring CX Manager for a 4-month contract (extendable) with our client, a Leading technology consulting firm, onsite role in Sharjah, UAE

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Customer Experience (CX) Manager, you will act as the voice of the customer and colleague across a major Wholesale Banking transformation programme. You will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing customer journeys delivered by technology vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user expectations, and brand standards. Working closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and vendors, you will drive consistent, user-centric experiences across onboarding, trade finance, cash management, and servicing channels while supporting successful user adoption and business readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Customer Journey Management: Experience designing, reviewing, and optimizing customer and colleague journeys across digital banking channels.
• Wholesale Banking Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate onboarding, trade finance, cash management, and servicing processes.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders to align solutions with customer and business needs.
• Digital Transformation & UAT: Experience supporting transformation programs through discovery, design reviews, UAT, and business readiness activities.
• UX & Business Analysis: Skilled in identifying journey improvements, evaluating trade-offs, and enhancing user experience within platform capabilities.
