Data And Policy Analyst

Overview

Job Details:

Collect, review, and process data for reporting and statistical analysis purposes.

Analyze available information and prepare findings that support reporting and decision-making processes.

Participate in cross-functional development projects and contribute to planning and evaluation activities.

Prepare analytical reports, sector plans, and action plans to support organizational strategies and objectives.

Assist with administrative and policy-related tasks such as drafting memos, briefs, statements, speeches, and press materials.

Share analysis results and relevant insights with internal teams and external partners when required.

Support communication of findings to stakeholders, including international or EU-related bodies when necessary.

Maintain organized and well-structured records of research data and documentation for future reference.

Assist in monitoring key indicators and preparing summaries to support management decisions.

Job Experience Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent higher education in Statistics, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience working with data analysis tools and statistical software.

Advanced Excel skills with experience in SPSS, R, or Python considered an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector, with understanding of education policies and sector challenges.

Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
