Delivery Manager - 3 Months - On-site - Octopus by RTG - Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to govern and orchestrate the delivery of customer experience (CX) initiatives across the company’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will define ways of working, ensure alignment between design intent and implementation, and drive initiatives successfully from concept to execution while maintaining strong governance and delivery standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define ways of working, govern implementation, and ensure initiatives move successfully from concept to execution.
• Govern and orchestrate the delivery of customer experience initiatives across the company’s portfolio, ensuring alignment between design intent and implementation.
• Define and endorse scopes for experimentation of new initiatives.
• Manage complex programs, executive governance forums, risks and dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and benefits realization.
• Coordinate across operations, digital, engineering, marketing, procurement, and CX functions while maintaining delivery discipline and governance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Transformation Delivery, or Operational Governance.
• Strong experience managing complex programs, executive governance forums, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and benefits realization.
• Ability to work across operations, digital, engineering, marketing, procurement, and CX functions while maintaining delivery discipline and governance standards.
• Ideal backgrounds include CX Program Manager, Transformation Manager, PMO Lead, Portfolio Manager, or Operations Transformation Lead, with experience in large-scale network rollouts and enterprise change initiatives.
