- Lead enterprise cyber security strategy across complex IT and OT environments
- Senior UAE leadership opportunity within a major industrial organisation
- Our client is a major UAE-based industrial organisation with sophisticated technology, operational and manufacturing environments. The organisation is investing significantly in cyber resilience, digital transformation and the protection of critical IT and OT infrastructure.
- Own and execute the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy across IT and OT environments.
- Lead cyber governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, security operations and data privacy.
- Establish robust OT security controls while protecting plant safety, availability and operational continuity.
- Oversee cyber security budgets, strategic projects, vendors and specialist technical teams.
- Advise senior leadership on emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk exposure and remediation priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years' experience spanning cyber security, IT/OT systems, infrastructure, networking and security leadership.
- Strong industrial or manufacturing experience, including automation/control systems and OT security architecture.
- Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, ideally including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS security.
- Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CRISK, GICSP, ISO 27001 or PMP are highly desirable, alongside significant people-leadership experience.
- High-impact cyber security leadership role within a major UAE industrial environment.
