Familiarity with landscaping, irrigation, and utility services documentation is highly advantageous. A foundational understanding of Tech & Data Fluency is desirable, as modern document control increasingly relies on digital systems and software.

- Maintain and oversee the accurate filing and archiving of all project documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and version control.
- Coordinate and implement QA/QC documentation procedures in collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to support efficient project progress.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, drawings, and specifications related to landscaping, irrigation, and utility services.
- Monitor and update the document management system regularly, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Support site supervision teams with timely access to technical documentation necessary for landscaping execution and MEP coordination.
- Ensure accountability by tracking documentation deadlines and expiry dates, taking appropriate action to maintain compliance.
