We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in Dubai, UAE. You will ensure compliance with company standards and oversee all document workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing documents, filing, and version control.
  • Maintain registers, databases, and archives.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement workflows.
  • Train team members on EDMS processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Management.
  • 10 years of experience in construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Aconex and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; English fluency required.
