We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in Dubai, UAE. You will ensure compliance with company standards and oversee all document workflows.

- Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system.
- Manage incoming/outgoing documents, filing, and version control.
- Maintain registers, databases, and archives.
- Conduct regular audits and implement workflows.
- Train team members on EDMS processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Management.
- 10 years of experience in construction or engineering.
- Proficiency in Aconex and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; English fluency required.
