WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards and requirements.

WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation in an organized and timely manner.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately classified, filed, and stored using the organization’s document management system (DMS).
- Assist in monitoring and updating document workflows to support project timelines and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper document submissions, tracking, and version control.
- Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards, including formatting and versioning.
- Support audit processes by preparing and providing necessary document records when required.
- Participate in the improvement and implementation of document control procedures and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
