Document Controller - Quality

We are looking for PMC Document Controller - Quality for a Gas based project. Job Purpose

The Document Controller – Quality is responsible for managing, controlling, tracking, and maintaining all quality-related project documentation in accordance with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, company procedures, and applicable ISO standards. The role ensures accurate document control throughout the project lifecycle, supporting inspections, audits, turnover, and final project handover.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of document control experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• At least 3 years working on ADNOC offshore or similar EPC projects.
• Experience handling QA/QC documentation for construction projects, preferable offshore.
• Familiarity with Mechanical Completion and Project Handover documentation.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and workflows.

• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as:
• Aconex
• EDMS
• SharePoint
• Documentum
• Oracle-based document control systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of quality documentation requirements for ADNOC projects.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Familiarity with ITPs, WPS/PQR records, welding documentation, NDT reports, and inspection records.
