Nevertiti Star Trading, a dynamic Dubai-based company specialising in the trading and distribution of diverse product categories, is seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients across the region.

This is a Full-Time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to transport and deliver products to various destinations.
• Adhere strictly to all UAE traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery.
• Load, unload, and handle goods with care, ensuring they are secure and free from damage.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery contents against shipping documents and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or defects promptly.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving licence is essential (manual transmission required).
• Proven experience working as a professional driver in the UAE.
• A clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai and other UAE road networks and traffic patterns.
• Basic proficiency in English is required for communication and understanding delivery instructions.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to handle and lift goods as required.
• A punctual, reliable, and trustworthy character.
