Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled Dynatrace Expert to manage and optimize enterprise application performance monitoring (APM) across critical banking environments. The role focuses on implementing end-to-end observability, infrastructure monitoring, dashboard development, synthetic monitoring, and integration with ITSM platforms to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Performance Monitoring

• Administer Dynatrace APM, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Synthetic Monitoring.
• Configure OneAgent and ActiveGate across enterprise environments.
• Develop monitoring dashboards for business and technical stakeholders.
• Customize service detection, request rules, and monitoring policies.

Platform Administration

• Manage Dynatrace users, permissions, licensing (DDU), and platform configurations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM solutions.
• Deploy monitoring across servers, databases, and cloud services.

Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor Windows, Linux, Unix, and AIX environments.
• Support SQL Server, Oracle databases, network, and storage monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to improve system observability.
