The role focuses on implementing end-to-end observability, infrastructure monitoring, dashboard development, synthetic monitoring, and integration with ITSM platforms to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Application Performance Monitoring
- Administer Dynatrace APM, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Synthetic Monitoring.
- Configure OneAgent and ActiveGate across enterprise environments.
- Develop monitoring dashboards for business and technical stakeholders.
- Customize service detection, request rules, and monitoring policies.
- Manage Dynatrace users, permissions, licensing (DDU), and platform configurations.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM solutions.
- Deploy monitoring across servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Monitor Windows, Linux, Unix, and AIX environments.
- Support SQL Server, Oracle databases, network, and storage monitoring.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to improve system observability.
