Electroplating Engineer – Sales

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electroplating Engineer – Sales for our Dubai Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electroplating processes along with chemical handling, and metal finishing operations, sales and client-handling experience especially in jewellery or related manufacturing industries. & strong experience in Metalworking machine operator Industry. have good knowledge in electroplating chemicals, coating solutions, industrial process chemicals, metal treatment solutions, metal finishing, etc..

The candidate will be responsible for promoting electroplating products/services, handling customer requirements, providing technical support, and developing business opportunities in the jewellery manufacturing and related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Promote electroplating chemicals, equipment, and related products
• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
