Elevator Installation Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Elevator Installation Technician to carry out elevator installation activities at project sites across the UAE. Candidates will be responsible for installing elevator components, assisting with mechanical and electrical fitting, ensuring proper alignment and following safety and quality standards throughout the installation process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install elevator components, including guide rails, brackets, doors and counterweights.
• Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, alignment and levelling of elevator components.
• Assist with electrical wiring and installation of elevator control panels and related components.
• Read and follow installation drawings, technical instructions and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct installation checks and assist with testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify installation defects and coordinate with supervisors to resolve technical issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean organised work area.
• Coordinate with installation supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.

Mandatory Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in any stream.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in elevator installation.
• Practical knowledge of elevator installation procedures and components.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings and installation instructions.
• Familiarity with mechanical fitting, alignment, and basic electrical installation.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of tools.
• Willingness to work at project sites and as part of an installation team.
