Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Emiratization - Kaizen Promoter to champion continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Aftersales, and back-office operations at our Toyota & Lexus BIT branch in Dubai and Sharjah. This role is crucial in embedding a strong Kaizen culture, improving customer experience, and driving operational excellence in line with Toyota Kaizen principles.
You will work closely with branch leadership and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities, standardize processes, and deliver tangible results in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
You will be part of the Best In Town (BIT) initiative within AFM Toyota & Lexus Retail, working closely with Dealer Principals, Sales and Aftersales leaders, and frontline teams. The team is focused on driving customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence, aligned with Al-Futtaim and Toyota standards.

Overview Of The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Emiratization - Kaizen Promoter to champion continuous improvement initiatives across Sales, Aftersales, and back-office operations at our Toyota & Lexus BIT branch in Dubai and Sharjah. This role is crucial in embedding a strong Kaizen culture, improving customer experience, and driving operational excellence in line with Toyota Kaizen principles.
You will work closely with branch leadership and frontline teams to identify improvement opportunities, standardize processes, and deliver tangible results in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Implement Toyota Kaizen programs across Sales, Aftersales, and back-office operations within the BIT branch
- Lead and conduct 5S implementation, audits, and training in showrooms, reception areas, and workshop bays
- Observe operations to map process flows, identify inefficiencies, and apply PDCA and Toyota problem-solving methods
- Drive Kaizen actions focused on productive time generation, cost reduction, and service quality improvement
- Support and coordinate weekly BIT meetings with Dealer Principal and Sales & Aftersales Managers, including action tracking
- Compile, analyze, and present Kaizen activity reports and dashboards to visualize performance and progress
- Collaborate with Head Office and Toyota Motor Corporation to align on Kaizen objectives and reporting standards
- Actively engage and coach branch teams to build ownership of continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of Kaizen principles, PDCA, and process improvement methodologies
- Ability to observe operations, analyze data, and convert findings into practical countermeasures
- Clear and effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Analytical, system-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably within Aftersales as a Service Advisor
- Exposure to or experience with Toyota Kaizen programs (preferred)
- A strong Kaizen mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Customer-focused approach with a structured, data-driven way of working
- Ability to coach, influence, and inspire teams to adopt new ways of working
