With employee experience identified as a strategic priority, the organisation is investing in strengthening employee engagement, culture, workforce insights and employee value proposition capabilities to support long-term organisational effectiveness and performance.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver the employee experience strategy, frameworks and roadmap
- Lead employee experience initiatives across the full employee lifecycle
- Drive Employee Value Proposition development, activation and measurement
- Conduct culture assessments and support culture transformation programmes
- Own employee listening initiatives including surveys, pulse checks and focus groups
- Design and implement employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition programmes
- Analyse workforce insights and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
- Native or business-fluent Arabic speaker
- 10+ years' experience across Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Organisational Culture, EVP, Employee Listening or HR Transformation
- Proven experience delivering engagement surveys, culture diagnostics and employee experience strategies
- Strong experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and driving change
- Bachelor's degree and professional qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent
- Experience within government, semi-government or large complex organisations is highly desirable
