Job Description
As a vital part of our team, Event Coordinators play a crucial role in the seamless execution of events. From setup to teardown and everything in between, you will be involved in various aspects of event production. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with event setup, including staging, lighting, and decor
- Providing support during the event, such as guest assistance and crowd control
- Ensuring the venue remains clean and orderly throughout the event
- Collaborating with fellow crew members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in post-event teardown and cleanup
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Flexible part-time hours perfect for students or those with other commitments
