The Greater Change

Contract type: Full time

DESCRIPTION

About the Client
Our client is a new-generation real estate developer based in Dubai, creating residential, commercial, and mixed-use communities.
Every development is shaped by thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data.
Health, wellbeing, and longevity sit at the heart of each project, with technology built into the foundation rather than added later.
This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking team delivering high-profile launches and events across Dubai.

Company Overview
The company is a new-generation real estate development business based in Dubai. It is creating a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments designed around the future of human living.

It is built on the pillars of thoughtful design, ancient architectural wisdom, intelligent technology, and human-centred data. It is pioneering a new category of real estate: places that actively support human health, wellbeing, and longevity.

Technology is not treated as an add-on. It is integrated into the foundation of every development. The company connects homes, products, and building systems through its proprietary intelligent living system. This intelligence learns from individual needs and evolves over time, creating environments that are more intuitive, responsive, and deeply human.

Job Purpose
The Event Coordinator supports the planning, organisation, and delivery of the company’s events, from small gatherings and religious ceremonies to major project and product launches. The role covers broker events, investor previews, exhibitions, groundbreakings, handover celebrations, poojas, festive occasions, and internal company activities across different venues.

Reporting to the Events Manager, the role coordinates the practical details required for successful delivery, including supplier documentation, venue arrangements, guest communications, event assets, schedules, and on-site logistics. It maintains accurate records, follows up on outstanding actions, and ensures that teams and partners receive the information and materials they need on time.

Working with Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, Sales, and external suppliers, the Event Coordinator supports a consistent guest experience and timely completion of pre-event and post-event requirements.
