You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned Groups + Events segments to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You’ll also seek for increasing production and revenue for the hotel in order to meet and exceed annual hotel budgets.Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As Events Coordinator you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. Responsible for contracting and planning group room blocks and meeting spaces from start to finish according to client requirements.You will actively seek new clients within your defined segments, meeting and exceeding the monthly prospecting and appointment targets.You will investigate further development opportunities within existing client base to win market share.You’ll be responsible for preparing all event/ group documentation and coordinating with the client and suppliers to ensure consistent high-level service.Send weekly reports on events & groups to all hotel departments for future business overview.You’ll be in charge of administrative activities of the departmentYou’ll work in an organized and strategic manner, analyzing business reports and data daily to keep updated with the business’ needs.The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an Events Coordinator, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
