We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary dishes. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Job Responsibility-
- Develop menus that align with the restaurant's culinary direction and appeal to customers.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking activities to ensure high-quality dishes are served.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Monitor food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan for special events or promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is preferred.
