Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive – Air Export to manage air export shipments, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely shipment handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in air freight operations, export documentation, and customer communication within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive – Air Export to manage air export shipments, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely shipment handling. The ideal candidate should have experience in air freight operations, export documentation, and customer communication within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide regular updates on air export shipments.
- Coordinate with the operations team, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment processing.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor shipment status from booking to final departure and keep customers informed of any delays.
- Coordinate cargo bookings, flight schedules, and shipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and air freight documentation procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
- Follow up on quotations, shipment confirmations, and customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- 1–2 years of experience in air export customer service or freight forwarding.
- Good knowledge of air freight export procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and relevant shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
