What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, lounge and event operations
- A people-focused leader with excellent communication skills
- Passion for service excellence, guest satisfaction and colleague development
- UAE/GCC hospitality experience is an advantage
