Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing, sales tracking, and financial reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and refine menus through data analysis and cost control measures, contributing to profitability and customer appeal.
  • Enforce stringent food safety protocols and maintain HACCP compliance across all F&B outlets, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and effectively, implementing solutions to minimize disruption and maintain service continuity.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage support or operational role.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Skills & Certifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Point of Sale (POS) systems and POS software.
  • Proficiency in inventory management techniques and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of menu engineering principles and their impact on profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Proven ability in cost control and budget management within an F&B context.
  • Experience in managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Adept at using MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for project or task management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certified Food Protection Professional.
  • HACCP Certified.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications or training in F&B management or hospitality.
  • Experience with advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
