Job Purpose
The Finance Support Officer is an entry-level role aimed at developing UAE Nationals by providing hands-on experience in core finance and accounting functions. The role supports daily financial operations while building the skills required for long-term career growth within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and files in line with company policies.
- Support preparation of basic financial reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on finance-related matters.
- Assist during month-end closing and audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Education: High School Diploma (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years of finance or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome
- Nationality: UAE National only
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team environment
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports
- On-time processing of invoices and documentation
- Successful completion of assigned finance training
