Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter to carry out carpentry, finishing, repair, and maintenance works across residential properties, apartments, and villas. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of carpentry works and be able to complete maintenance and finishing tasks independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry finishing and repair works in residential properties, apartments, and villas.
• Install, repair, and maintain doors, wardrobes, cabinets, kitchen units, partitions, and wooden fixtures.
• Perform polishing, trimming, alignment, and other finishing works.
• Conduct repair and replacement of damaged wooden components.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure proper fitting and finishing.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and facilities team to complete work on time.
• Maintain tools and follow safety and quality standards.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property maintenance, residential buildings or facilities management preferred.
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to handle maintenance and repair jobs independently.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finishing Carpenter.
