FitnGlam is seeking an energetic and experienced GX & Wellness Manager to grow class attendance, strengthen member engagement and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

FitnGlam is seeking an energetic and experienced GX & Wellness Manager to grow class attendance, strengthen member engagement and deliver exceptional fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an average class capacity of at least 85%
- Enhance member satisfaction, engagement and retention
- Uphold FitnGlam’s coaching and service standards
- Deliver innovative, high-quality group exercise sessions
- Support club events and wellness workshops
- Build strong relationships with members
- Lead, mentor and develop the service team
- Collaborate across teams to improve programmes and experiences
- Maintain relevant training and certifications
- At least three years’ experience in group fitness management
- Group fitness and customer-care experience
- Strong industry knowledge and digital literacy
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organised and target-driven approach
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine passion for fitness and outstanding service
