• manage all tasks of service preparation, including meeting and briefings, promotion specs, menus, wine lists, and operating equipment
• access and interpret environmental, hygiene and safety policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation
• fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
• build a competent and motivated team across all departments through effective communications, and confident and caring leadership
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
• ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when engaging with guest and seeing to the guest requests & reservation systems.
• greet & seat guest as well as handle their complaints
