We are seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager (GCC) to join our team in Dubai for an on-site role. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality service, monitoring customer satisfaction, managing financial budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your role will support the ongoing success of the food and beverage experience at BOUNCE.

• Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Experience in Training staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational standards
• Proficiency in Budgeting and management of financial performance for food and beverage operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good understanding of food safety regulations and health standards
• A degree or diploma in hospitality, food management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in food and beverage management within a fast-paced or entertainment-driven environment is advantageous
