Food & Beverage Artist

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary levels of guest service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Food & Beverage Artist, you are responsible for daily food decoration and assigned duties, ensuring that all presentations meet the established quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Consistently check the quality of materials used for decoration.
• Ensure a uniform visual appearance of all decorations, maintaining presentation standards.
• Inspect all food-related setups for restaurants and banquet functions, ensuring decorations align with the required themes and standards.
• Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of ice carvings and other decorations, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure cake decorations meet the required standards.
• Maintain high standards and consistent quality in daily preparations while staying updated on new decorative designs and preparation techniques.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other kitchen sections regarding operational requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
• Prepare decorative displays and showpieces for banquet buffets and restaurants, including ice carvings, Styrofoam creations, chocolate decorations, and other designs according to business requirements.
• Attend daily chefs' and banquet operational meetings.

Requirements

Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have completed a professional kitchen apprenticeship or an artistic training course, with previous experience in a similar role within a quality establishment.

A good command of English, along with a proven track record of creative talent and a strong passion for artistic presentation, is essential.
