Job Summary

This role focuses on the preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment, utilizing technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities

To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
Responsible for maintaining industrial shutter doors (automatic and manual), cleaning machines, electrical forklifts & diesel forklifts for all Julphar plants.
Reports discovered technical faults/ safety risks & follow safety during work.
Responsible for Preventive/ Breakdown Maintenance.
Reads and follows maintenance SOP’s.
Maintains all the Manuals, Drawings and Specifications of each related equipment.
Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams.
Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged parts/components.
Follow the implemented quality system & safety procedures.
Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid production interruption.

Core Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience: Diploma or technical certificate in Electromechanical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience specializing in forklifts (all types), industrial shutter doors, and cleaning equipment.
Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, supported by a solid understanding of cGMP and data integrity principles.
Communication: Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong documentation and reporting skills.
