This role focuses on the preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial equipment, utilizing technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration to ensure uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities
- To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
- Responsible for maintaining industrial shutter doors (automatic and manual), cleaning machines, electrical forklifts & diesel forklifts for all Julphar plants.
- Reports discovered technical faults/ safety risks & follow safety during work.
- Responsible for Preventive/ Breakdown Maintenance.
- Reads and follows maintenance SOP’s.
- Maintains all the Manuals, Drawings and Specifications of each related equipment.
- Reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged parts/components.
- Follow the implemented quality system & safety procedures.
- Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid production interruption.
- Problem Solving & Execution: Resourceful in troubleshooting and implementing solutions, while effectively managing time to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Work Ethic & Adaptability: Highly disciplined and taking full ownership of tasks, with a proactive mindset for grasping and applying new concepts.
- Interpersonal Skills: Positive and approachable, with strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
- Education & Experience: Diploma or technical certificate in Electromechanical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience specializing in forklifts (all types), industrial shutter doors, and cleaning equipment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, supported by a solid understanding of cGMP and data integrity principles.
- Communication: Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong documentation and reporting skills.
