Freelance / Boutique Team Needed – WhatsApp AI Booking Assistant (Phase 1)
Location: Remote (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Client: Sky Blue Group – DialEase project
We are looking for a freelance developer or small product team to build Phase 1 of a production‑ready WhatsApp AI Booking Assistant.
The Assistant Will
- Act as a single WhatsApp entry point for everyday services
- Qualify leads and collect booking details via natural conversation
- Connect to 5–6 aggregator APIs (e.g. Deliveroo, OpenTable, Zenoti, Foodics, Booksy)
- Create and confirm bookings via APIs
- Implement fallback routing so the user never sees “we have no vendors”
- Send reminders, post‑service follow‑ups, and capture satisfaction feedback
- Track source attribution for every conversation
- Provide a light admin console for operations monitoring
- WhatsApp Business API (Wati / 360dialog / Twilio or similar)
- Backend: Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS)
- PostgreSQL or similar relational database
- LLMs (e.g. OpenAI GPT‑4o‑mini or similar) for NLU
- Strong background in API integrations (multiple third‑party aggregators)
- Solid logging, monitoring, security, and uptime (target 99.5%)
- Ability to deliver full source code, deployment guide, and 4 weeks’ post‑launch defect support
- RFP issued: 29 June 2026
- Response deadline: 6 July 2026
- Target kickoff: 20 July 2026
- Target Phase 1 delivery: ~2 weeks from kickoff
