Front Desk Agent

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Front Office professionals who are eager to develop their careers.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.

• Ensure guests are personally greeted by name, where known, and escorted to their rooms to make them feel welcomed and expected.

• Conduct in-room hotel familiarization and assist guests with enquiries and requests related to hotel facilities and activities.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and other relevant information.

• Maintain awareness of daily room rates and hotel occupancy levels.

• Accurately handle Front Desk cashiering procedures and comply with all established systems, policies and procedures.

• Process guest accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate posting of all incidental charges through the Front Office system.

• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality by ensuring that no guest information is disclosed to unauthorized parties.

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards, as well as full knowledge of hotel facilities and ongoing activities.

Requirements

Education / Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally have a degree in Hospitality Management, with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian is essential. Knowledge of additional languages, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities are an advantage. Computer literacy is required, while previous experience with Opera is preferred.
