About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Hotel Operations team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Handle room assignments, billing inquiries, and guest requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
  • Promote resort services and upsell room upgrades or packages when appropriate.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Support VIP arrivals and special requests with personalized attention.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front office or guest services preferred, ideally in a luxury setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • May involve standing for extended periods and occasional handling of guest luggage or amenities.
  • Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
