Position Overview

As an Equipment Coordinator at ARRISE, you will be the gatekeeper of our gaming equipment inventory, meticulously tracking and maintaining our cards, dice, roulette wheels/balls, and auxiliary items. You’ll ensure our live tables are stocked with pristine gear through coordination with teams across gaming operations. This demanding yet rewarding role is pivotal in upholding our high standards.

What You Will Do

  • Stock Management: Ensure live tables are properly stocked with equipment in pristine condition.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with shift managers, supervisors, trainers, and QA teams.
  • Inventory Tracking: Track testing and photo shoot equipment inventory.
  • Order Placement: Place orders for new studio launches (felts, balls, dice, rims, etc.).
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect playing card orders for defects and inconsistencies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Procedure Compliance: Uphold procedures, use technology properly, and report deviations promptly.


Qualifications And Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in gaming operations or warehouse environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite.


Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with gaming equipment inventory.
  • Knowledge of casino gaming procedures and terminology.
